If you have chosen to collect your order from a show, please bring your order reference number (which can be found on the order confirmation email) or a printout of the order confirmation email to collect your order. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order on the day we will contact you via email, offering either a refund (minus a restocking/processing fee) or the option to pay for postage for your order.
As a large number of our products are made to order, it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to dispatch an order, in most cases we expect orders to be dispatched within 5 working days. The delivery times shown below are from the day the order is dispatched. More details of the delivery times can be found at www.royalmail.com.
Postage & Packing charges are calculated by the weight of your order. We don't aim to make a profit from our postage charges, in the event that the actual postage costs are significantly less than the amount charged we will refund the difference.
